On December 24, 1818, In the small town of Arnsdorf, Austria, Hanz Gruber
composed the music to "Silent Night." Almost 2 centuries later, in a much
larger town in America, another man named Gruber compiles the FML day
after day.

Are these two Grubers related? Maybe not, but they both have given us
much through their work and talent. At this time of year many of us
enjoy Franz Gruber's melody and at any time throughout the year, we all
enjoy and appreciate Bill Gruber moderating the FML. Thanks, BIG, and
Happy Holidays!

[Moderator's note: Thanks for your sweet story and kind words. Hanz and
I... no... not related. But Happy Holidays anyhow! BIG]
