(Two gray lady ferrets are standing up on their back feet atop a large cardboard box that is sitting in six inches of snow. Clearly visible behind the box, happily chugging away is a green and yellow John Deere model 1020 tractor with a bulldozer blade in the front. One lady, the one with the white blaze on her head speaks...) "Ahem. Hello hoomans. This is Switch the Kit. My companion Hurricane Lily and I would like to thank one of you for the an..anan..ah," (The other ferret leans over and whispers in Switch's ear.) "the ANONYMOUS donation of this case of starting fluid." (Lily silently points down with one paw to the box that they are standing on.) "It was very thoughtful of you. We did need a second can." "Also, thank you FLO ordinance officer Tucker for the use of SUM's boxcutter knife. We were ever so glad not to have to gnaw the box open with our teeth!" (The ladies drop down on all fours and begin to war dance, until Lily thumps into Switch and they both fall off of the box and into the snow.) Alexandra in Massachusetts [Posted in FML issue 3990]
