Please guys, even if you just pick one ferret, every little bit helps. Think of your own ferrets, having way more than they will ever use, all the love, cuddles and permanent hom e they will ever need, Think about some of the useless gifts you buy people you don't even care a bout, and how you can make Christmas better for one ferret (or in my case 5) and one shelter. Think about giving someone a certificate saying you adopted a ferret in their name from the tree. T hat would be a fine gift. If a bunch of people got together, you could order a gallon of Ferret one ($32), and have it mailed directly to the shelter. I don't see any reason why all these kid s can't have a Santa- if your ferret was in need, where do you think they would end up (hopeful ly)? In a shelter. Wouldn't you want some caring people to take care of your babies? All of these k ids started off as cute little kits that someone wanted. Think about all the advice you get off thi s list, and the vet bills you may save on with it. Think about all the ferret love in those litt le faces, who only want a forever home. Maybe you can't do that, but can you be a Santa to one of t hem? Ask yourself if you are just wanting to take from the ferret community, or if you are willing to give back. It doesn't take much effort to make a huge difference. What kind of person you want to be is up to you. ===== When you get a chance to be nice to someone, take it: everyone is hiking uphill.
