Hi folks, There are so many ferrrets in need out there, in need of prayers, funds, homes, I almost hate to ask anything more from any of you all, but my Sweet Pea needs some prayers. She's a foster considered unadoptable because of insulinoma. She's been going down hill this past week. This tiny little sable girl came to me last year right around Christmas time. She thought she was getting the gift of a new home but I was the one that was really gifted. I was grateful I had the room to take her in and see to her needs. I'd just like to know with as many sick kids as rescues see, why, why does it not get any easier when it's time for them to pass? I know I should probably be letting her go but I can't just give up on her. She's so frail and skinny with very little hair, refusing to eat and drink on her own but willfully laps up some duck soup from a dropper. I'm increasing her pred to 3x daily hoping we will see a change. Thanks to all of you for your support. Kim at SUMS [Posted in FML issue 3929]
