Greetings All, Comfort and healing to those who have "Rainbow Riders" and to those who have babies sick but who aren't ready to ride the Rainbow yet. Does anyone remember the old Roadrunner and Coyote show from WB? Remember how they always opened it with these made up funny Latin style names for both? I thought it might be fun to see what Latin names would fit our furbles. Here goes: Faye - Screamus Myheadofficus (loudest deaf ferret I've ever known) Bandit - Yawneus Forevercus (very slow to wake up must yawn and stretch 10 minutes before leaving the hammock) Salem - Epluribus Possesive Eclusi ("It's all mine!") Bowser - Loudnoisesus Skiddica (the drop of an icecube will send him across the room and under a bookshelf) Bailey - Longus Lankiea (my slim jim boy, long and lankey however putting on Winter weight which suprised me) Pyewacket - Felineacus Domesticus Diety (literally, "God of the Hearth, his favorite place to lounge in the Winter on his own pillow of course.) Azreal - Fetchus Batoutahellius (plays fetch at warp speed no matter what must be run over to get the mouse) Smokey - Aveaus Caeser Maximus (absolute ruler of all he surveys and considering he can see 360 degrees that's alot.) Have fun :) Hawk & Patrick, Salem, Faye, Bandit, Bowser and Bailey the ferts Pyewacket & Azriel the cats and Smokey the African Grey Blessings to all animals great and small and those of us who love and adore them.
