http://www.smartgroups.com/message/readmessage.cfm?gid=1423922&messageid=827 What dose and formulation of Lupron are you currently using? You may need to consider increasing the dose. I would recommend the ferret adrenal hormone panel so you can determine if adrenal sex steroids are contributing to the problem. A bilateral adrenalectomy does not necessarily eliminate all functional adrenal tissue in ferrets. They are known to sometimes have ectopic adrenal tissue. Additionally, perhaps some functional adrenal tissue remained after the right-sided adrenal cryosurgery. Evaluating the urogential tract and especially the prostare gland using ultrasound and/or additional imaging studies would be helpful in determining if there are cystic changes to the prostate or other such abnormalities causing urinary difficulty/dribbling. Depending on what is found, there may be some other surgical or medical options available. Good luck. Marc Kramer, DVM (Just joined the ferrethealth forum!) -- Marc H.
