We received a call this AM about a ferret abandoned in a dumpster at the
Central VT Humane Society.  She is reported to be a sable female about
4.5 years of age- presenting good health.
 
If there is anyone who is in Central VT and is seeking a companion ferret
please call them ASAP- 802 476-3811
 
This was a courtesy call- the facility is not ferret capable and they
only hold ferrets for a few days.
 
We just brought 2 in yesterday from that location ( 5.5 hour round trip)
which are in quarantine and have no more room available.
