>Petsmart Charities is having an adoption weekend May 4th and 5th where >local animal shelters and rescues come and set up a table to educate >people about who they are, what they do, and what animals need homes >currently. I urge ferret shelters and rescuers to contact their local >Petsmart about participating in the event. While participating, how about noticing the very bad conditions they keep their animals in. They are selling birds, labeled as the wrong type, sick rodents, etc., etc., etc. Aligning yourself and your ferrets with petsmart (or petco) is sanctioning their mistreatment and sale of these other animals. You might also take a look at the foods they promote for a "healthy" ferret. YUCK!
