Directors who BELIEVE in the work of the organization and want to see it
continue.
 
Directors who can: listen, analyze, think clearly and creatively, work
well with individual people and groups.
 
Directors with: a willingness to prepare for and attend board and
committee meetings, ask the right questions, take responsibility and
follow through on a given assignment, contribute personal and financial
resources in a generous way according to circumstances, open doors in the
community, evaluate oneself.
 
Directors should possess: honesty, sensitivity to and tolerance of
differing views, a friendly, responsive, and patient approach,
community-building skills, personal integrity, a developed sense of
values, concern for your nonprofit's development, and a sense of humor.
 
VOLUNTEERS who believe in the work of the organization, the fur children
who need shelter services and want to see this continue.
 
If you are / can offer the above please let your local ferrets shelter
know.  If you do not- don't blame them when the few tire and close the
doors!
