Just wanted to let you all know that I am really new to the FML. I am the mom of "Luna" who passed unneedlessly due to a really bad vet. I have met so many new friends through the FML and am so happy to meet other fuzzie lovers. I did want to say that I am friends with Troy Lynn and have offered to help her out in any way so that she could attend the symposium. She says that if I did, that she's afraid "I wouldn't like her anymore". Troy Lynn is the kind of person who puts her ferrets first before herself or anyone else. We should all be thankful for this kind of friend and anyone lucky enough to meet her should thank their lucky stars. She is the epitomy of ferret knowledge. She recently linked me up with the last two adoptees that I now have, Nacho and Miss Shelby. Miss Shelby was left outside in a cage for 2 or 3 days. she is a dark eyed white. I truly believe that she would eat dirt if offered to her. She is deaf and has grown quite used to being "waved" at. I have never known such a sweet loving fuzzie a s her, that is except for my baby Luna, who is gone to the bridge now. Nacho is a BIG baby boy who demands quite a bit of attention and of course, gets it. Troy Lynn knows me well enough to know that I get panick attacks at the idea of leaving my babies for any length of time at all. If anyone deserves an award, it is Troy Lynn. If she isn't able to attend the symposium you all should know that it is only because her "babies' come first. Everyone should be lucky enough to get to meet Troy Lynn as she is truly a Godsend. angie george, slim, jigs, ozzie, cujo, nacho, miss shelby, and the spirit of Luna. angie george [Posted in FML issue 3661]
