To change your cursor from a plain old arrow to a cute lil ferret (or LOTS
of other things), go to http://www.cometcurser.com/ and download Comet
Cursors.  When you see the little black circle with a white arrow show up
on your task tray, right click on it, and click on Fun Cursors!  A whole
menue pops up with all kinds of animals, holidays, games, comics, sports,
etc.  You can change your cursor by clicking on whatever pic you want -
there are 4 ferret pics to choose from!!  Check it out :-)
