just FYI... i got the weird email from [log in to unmask] also... it is definitely a virus-carrying file, probably unintentionally sent (although i do wonder about the message it was attached to, which someone has to have written). no matter. here's the virus info, as found by norton. Scan Result Name of File: SetupW2K.exe Type of File: application/octet-stream Scan Result: Virus W32.Magistr.24876@mm found and cleaned. i took a look at the file, and it appears to be something that corrupts .dll files, so i would definitely not recommend opening it. if i dig up any more info about the file, i'll pass it along. moral of the story, NEVER open attachments, and if possible, set your mail client to recieve and send email in plain text. -kat- [Posted in FML issue 3467]
