Hi everyone. This HUGE organization is looking for a few ferrets to photograph for an article they asked me to write for their fall publication. If you think you can help, please let me know privately, as I don't check the lists often. I can be reached either at [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask] For those of you who might be interested, but want to know which org we're dealing with, please feel free to ask. Also, it should be known that this particular org claims that they were very active in trying to fight the NYC ban. Below (after my HUGE signature line) is her e-mail to me: Kim Schilling and the Zoo Author of http://www.animalsforawareness.org/Ferret%20Book.htm Ferrets for Dummies Director, http://www.animalsforawareness.org/ Animals for Awareness "Protection through Education" A USDA, 501(C)3 non-profit educational facility dedicated to exotic and wild animals. From: samarrak@ Sent: Wednesday, May 09, 2001 11:09 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Ferret Photos I wondered if you know of anyone who has two or three ferrets in or close to NYC. I don't want anyone to fear that I will report them, as I am only interested in photographing the ferrets for our Fall issue. If the person wanted to remain anonymous, because of concern about having their ferrets seized, that can be done. I am ideally looking for 2-3 ferrets who like to be close to one another, even sleep together (if that is something they do), so I can get a tight shot of them. I will also be emailing you a bit later, regarding using some images from your "Ferrets for Dummies" book. I'll keep you posted. If you have any possible NYC-based leads, I would greatly appreciate it! [Posted in FML issue 3413]
