I wonder about this scenario...what if someone with ferrets who are "service animals" (with appropriate documentation) is caught in a FFZ. If the animals were confiscated, or even threatened, that would be a violation of the Person's with Disabilities Act. Would it become a Supreme Court issue? I know some ferrets have been trained for the blind, but a service animal can be utilized for the mentally or emotionally disabled also. I believe Pigs can be service animals, and as such, cannot be excluded from "Pig Free Zones". Just wondering.... cb [Posted in FML issue 3426]
