Good Morning to ALL, I want to keep you all updated on Tazy's problem. Well, I couldn't wait until this morning to take him to the vet so I got off of work early yesterday and took him. I couldn't stop thinking about my poor baby so I was unable to concentrate anyways!!! Well, Thursday Tazy will be going in for exploratory surgery. The vet also felt the lump and was unsure of what it may be. He did mention that it might very well be an enlarged spleen as their are no symptoms of adrenal what-so-ever!!!!!! I had Tazy at the vet October 14th for his annual check up and he didn't feel anything at all in his belly, and believe me he does an EXCELLENT check up!!!! So whatever it is developed VERY FAST!!!! Of course he did a series of blood tests, he is WONDERFUL at that as he didn't have to put him to sleep for it!!!! Tazy is Dr Blair's favorite Fuzzie and has his pictures all over his desk, he just LOVES Tazy and was very distraught himself over this problem, it actually brought tears to his eyes!!!! I DO TRUST Dr BLAIR WITH ALL MY HEART!!!!!!!!! :-) Another good thing is that he's going to let me pay out the surgery!!!!! He knows that I am strapped financially so that is a BIG help for me!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE keep my Tazy in your thoughts and PRAYERS and I will keep you all updated on what happened!!!!! P.S. Dr Blair asked me if I would like to observe the surgery, but I am not sure if I can handle watching my own Baby being cut open!!!! I am not a squeamish person what-so-ever with any other surgeries, but to watch my own babies I'm not sure about that!!!!! SPECIAL PRAYERS for all who have lost a fuzzie recently, and to ALL sick and homeless fuzzies and animals in the world, may the GOOD LORD watch over you ALL!!!!!!!! DON'T FORGET TO VOTE TODAY :-) Dawn, and the Terrible Two's Gang, Tazy, Trouble, Rosy, and the 4 lb fuzz, Baby Joey http://community.webtv.net/tazyd/AllAboutMyFerrets http://community.webtv.net/tazyd/My4LeggedChildren http://community.webtv.net/tazyd/FamilyAlbum [Posted in FML issue 3230]
