Hi, Just to let you know, of course I would have the ferret fixed at 6 months old!!! I am not in the market for breeding ferrets!!!! My oldest baby (Tazy) has lymphosarcoma and is dying, my vet feels that ferrets that are spayed and neutered at an early age such as marshall farms kits and other big farm breeders kits stand a much higher chance of having cancer!!!! It is VERY VERY hard on me knowing that my Tazy is dying as he is my heart and soul and I can't help wonder that if he wasn't fixed at such an early age would he be dying now? So you see, that is the ONLY reason I am looking for a whole kit!!!! Also to let you know that I am very very ferret knowledgeable and know the consequences of not spaying / neutering ferrets!!!!!! This is NOT a flame what-so-ever, I was just taken back a bit by your post in the FML this morning!!!! Also to let you know that I AM NOT trying to replace my Tazy as he could NEVER be replaced, there will NEVER be another such as he :-) I have been thinking for a long time now that I would like to add on and if I could do so with a whole kit so-be-it!!!! I must go for now as Trouble, my silver boy is playing lick lick chomp chomp with my ankles and OUCH it doesn't tickle :-) I'm sorry if I've offended you what-so-ever, that was not my intentions!!!!! THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS for all who have lost a fuzzie or animal recently, and to all the sick, homeless, and lost fuzzies and animals, May THE GOOD LORD watch over you all and keep his healing hand upon you!!!! :-) HAVE A GREAT WEEK, and HAPPY FERRETING!!!!!!! :-) "JUS GOTS TO LUV DEM FUZZIE LITTLE CRITTERS" :-) Dawn, and the Terrible Two's Gang, Tazy, Trouble, Rosy, and the 4 lb fuzz, Baby Joey http://community.webtv.net/tazyd/AllAboutMyFerrets http://community.webtv.net/tazyd/My4LeggedChildren http://community.webtv.net/tazyd/FamilyAlbum [Posted in FML issue 3251]
