One poor cat is daily harrased with a ferret hanging off of her. The other cat attacks them too and they wrestle. The cats claws are retractable and she swats with them in, in a playful mood. I also clip everyones nails weekly or as needed. I usually don't do the cats rear legs. So my long, drawn out answer is....No, don't declaw!
