He's still growing in length and weight (about 2 ounces in 4 days) and longer length by the feel though we didn't measure; he might turn out to be a biggish guy for an early alter once done since he's at 2# 9 ounces and still growing at this rate. He LOVES Amoxi; thinks it's a treat and laughs about getting it. He tries some incredible 4 foot straight-up jumps; hilarious. He is still very protective of his rear with the tail amputation a bit tender, and that may make introductions harder since they can't do the polite bum sniff/ anal grooming. If you'll pardon the pun it should all work out in the end. His tail is healing up well; which is great. Can't believe someone would hurt a little love like that no matter how many times see such things. Glueball really, really wants to be his mom. Everyone is getting extra attention and treats to avoid jealousy, of course. Oh, and he did full, loud totally-baby whrack-whrack crying when Steve took him out the door to go to the vet. He's still got all that ambiguous body language and vocalizations that babies have till they socialize more -- laughs and hisses at about the same time, does play postures but then gets worried and defensive, etc. [Posted in FML issue 3252]
