Linda asked what Ipsa Scientia Postestas Est means.  It is, as mentioned,
Latin, and translates to "Knowledge itself is power."
 
I think this is a good thing for all the folks in Vegas to remember.
Even if it seems you aren't getting anywhere with the little pet shop of
horrors, even if it seems like this guy runs the place, etc, just remember
that you KNOW what is right and what is wrong, you KNOW that your rights
have been violated, you KNOW that these people are negligent, and are
treating these animals poorly.  Arm yourself with this knowledge, and be
strong in it, because knowledge itself is power!!
