I think the best blender........isn't a choice of blenders at all :o)
 
Try cooking the whole chicken in a crock pot for 12 hours.  Most of the
bones become quite a bit softer and seem to grind better.  It seems much
easier than trying to grind it when the chicken is raw, and a lot less
likely to cause cross-contamination of the chicken bacteria.
