Hi gang: sense I posted to this list about my Chip having the brain tumor thought I better bring you up to date on him. First this last 6 weeks with him has been wonderful the people in my ferret club, co-workers and our shelter moms have done a lot of things to make his finial time very happy time for him and me. You see I'm having a hard time typing this. My little boy had to be helped to the bridge last week. He was happy until the last but seizures started to take hold of his body that last day and he couldn't keep any food down. I couldn't see him suffer like that. Thank you Sukie and Randy for you input. Sandee could you please look him up he most likely came in carrying a red rock he loved so much when we took our walks in the afternoon he always had to try to dig it up out of the dirt. That's one thing he loved to do was dig. And could you look up Windy for me she was my first little girl and she is the one that taught me how to care and love these little critters we need in our lives. She went 3 weeks before Chip. She was truly a lady and would want Chip to not be lonely up there. She will be found with my Lilly another silver lady that graced my home for only a couple of days but she was truly loved while she was here. Tell the ladies that their friends Z and Maggie miss them. And Chip his buddies Merlin, Wizard, and Dale keep looking for him. And I of course I miss them all so much. Idea for you Sandee ask the big guy for a soda fountain up there Windy loved her pepsi. She use to open up the cans in the case. She couldn't be the only fert with a taste for pop. On the lighter side. If I were a ferret....I'd do a wardance until I was sooooooo tired that I'd find a warm hammie and sleep the ferret sleep. And I hope that I would end up in one of this lists businesses because then I'd have known the love that this lists generates. Instead of one of the lost and lonely souls with no love at all. And I'd guess that if my ferrets were human 90% of them would like to be clowns or just stay ferrets we(humans) live just to much of a hectic life for the them. Don't think the boss would take to a big hammie in the work place and a nap every couple of hours. Keep up the great work this list is doing. Loving our critters should be our number one priority. Keep them healthy and busy. Hugs and kisses to all. Deb and the 8 is now enough crew(by the way after loosing both chip and windy I decided to keep a group of three that I was fostering) Merlin/Wizard/Dale-Maggie/BJ-and adding Turbo/Jet/Rosie to the list also the 13 foster kids truly loved until they find a good enough mom and dad [Posted in FML issue 3164]
