Ferrets Anonymous has a new website: http://www.ferretsanonymous.com Due to the upcoming Senate Appropriations Committee on Monday, August 21st, we are asking all Californians to write to their Senators (if a member of the committee), Senator Patrick Johnston (the Committee Chair), and to Governor Gray Davis to support AB 854. Please visit the new FA page, or the CFL website, to find out if your Senator is a member of this committee and to get the appropriate addresses to write to. Also, because there have been several posts lately about wanting California Ferret information, included in our site is the new and updated Vet list, Meeting information, Checkpoint Maps, as well as ways you can help Ferrets Anonymous (some without even spending a penny!!) Please be aware though that the site is not 100% completed. Because of the new Appropriations Committee date on August 21, 2000, and us wanting to get the information out to as many people as possible, we are advertising our site before originally scheduled. I am working on updating the page as quickly as possible in my limited time between work and writing two other webpages. Any questions or comments about the site can be sent to either [log in to unmask] or to [log in to unmask] This site is a must visit for any California resident and those interested in helping legalize ferrets in California and beyond.
