Haven't kept up on the canning posts, but I would suggest calling your
local extension office first.  They can give you the proper canning times
and pressure, so you can avoid botulism.  They have the most updated info.
I would hate someone to use an old recipe and have their ferts die!
 
This may be a repeat but definitely worth hearing with the risk involved
