I HAVE FOUND THE SOLUTION!!
At PetSmart, dog section, choose of size, water bowls.  They have different
colors but they all have a black rubber type bottom & part way up on sides.
My fuzzbutt can't tip over because he can't slid it at all!!  Works GREAT!!
