A piece of 3/8 or 1/2 inch plywood across the bottom attached to the outside will do the trick. My cage is about the same size, I made a frame of 1 x 4 wood, attached casters (home depot) to that frame. Works fine. On the inside, have a galvanized metal pan from a rabbit cage. THe poop box is down there. Also, I had Plexiglas strips cut (home depot) from thin sheets, 3 inches wide. These were put along the bottom edge of the floors to keep toys and other spillage inside the cage. They are held in place by drilling a small hole on either side of one of the cage wires, and then fish a wire tie to hold it. A hole on a diagonal on either side of an 'x' of cage wire joints will hold the strip from moving in any direction. Gordon, Byte-me and Nibble-ed. [Posted in FML issue 3075]
