Well it's definitely shedding time here. I go everywhere covered in ferret hair. I think I need to find some way to make crafts with it. When we sweep the floor there is just a huge pile! If I had a compost pile I know where all that fur would be going. For now the trash will do. Princess Ashley Lynn, yes she now has a title, is definitely a princess!!!! She doesn't get along with a one of the others. well that's not quite true, she tolerates Harley. Of course if he annoys her she bites him on the nose and screams. He is so scared. It's great to see a near five pound ferret bow down and slink around because of a tiny, maybe one pound ferret. :) Last, Stoney has had diarrhea and the vet recommended PeptoBismol or Kaopectate. He told us to be ready for a fight when administering. Well I figured if I was going to spend the money I might as well by something that I'll use since they bottles all come in big and bigger. That ruled out Pepto, so I was off to the store. My usual grocery only had Kaopectate in Peppermint or Cherry. The cherry was the same price as the peppermint for 2 oz less. I knew that peppermint would be a fight. I didn't want cherry so I was off to another store where they had Original flavor Kaopectate. The results: My ferrets love the taste. I have trouble keeping everyone away from the dropper. They think its a treat. Prayers for all the sick fuzzies Tysa, Dana and the Havoc Wreaking Weasies. Frosty, Stoney, Holley, Halley, Harley, Dudley, and Princess Ashley Lynn. [Posted in FML issue 2964]
