Ahh... President's Day off! I've been sitting at the puter all morning, catching up on the weekend FML's, and sending sympathy e-mail to Rebecca, who has to work today, (heehee), while Baby is tearing through the house like a freight train... We've got the basket of divorced & widowed socks (no mates) overturned and distributed nicely throughout the living room, tissue paper from my daughter's birthday sprinkled here and there, and bath towels & washcloths all over the place (that's a new skill, he got into the cupboard under the bathroom sink and yanked 'em all out!) Glad that's all I keep under there! Anyway, as I'm sitting here, drinking coffee, here comes this wardancing dooking maniac from down the hallway... He got into the "hair pretty basket" that I keep close at hand for my daughters, (ages 5 & 7, both with hair down to their butts, can never have too many hair pretties!) Well, he's got a big scrunchy around his head with one leg stuck through, and a velcro hair roller on his hind end! I try to 'rescue' him from the attackers, he gives a big hop, and off flies the velcro roller... He turns, grabs the roller and runs to the kitchen, where I find him flat ferret-ing, scrunchy still in place, and the velcro roller stuck to his side. I guess he wanted to add a little body & wave to that long hair! I can see it now, next he'll be wanting to invite Judy's & Rebecca's furkids over for a pajama party, complete with makeovers & manicures! Dooks & Hugs, Jeanne & Baby "But Mom, I feel so PRETTY!"
