Do you mean sesame seed?  Seedy poop is not uncommon, and generally
indicates incomplete digestion of food.  It is often seen as ferrets
recover from diarrhea, such as caused by ECE, or when stress or other
illness cause digestive problems.
 
For your ferrets, it may be from the stress of the flu, the vet visit, or a
loss of normal digestive bugs from the antibiotic they were on.  Try giving
them some plain yogurt or something with acidopholis in it to help restore
the natural digestive flora.
 
It is very unlikely it is eggs or worms.
