Well, David, you can't take the entire right one, but part can be
removed if you need to. This is the preferred technique for bilateral
adrenal disease. And if there is a large tumor on the remaining adrenal,
you can certainly debulk it, and at the same time check the abdomen for

generally don't even recommend it any more.
