People may have noticed that the mailing list is coming out a bit
faster.  It's largely because I had automated the sending of it
two weeks ago.  I've just automated reception too, so things should
go *much* faster.  I still manually vet each issue, but I shouldn't
have to do any editting from now on, aside from adding new people
to the addressee list.
