On Monday, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors will make their decision
regarding the banning of ferrets. My thanks to all who have provided
information. I believe we have a strong case against the ban and if logic
prevails, we will win. The hearing is being televised and I will tape it and
make it available in VHS format as a source of information on what or what not
to do, depending on the outcome. Special thanks to the Crandalls, Chris,
Barbara, and tigger. I will also post our strategies and will send chris a
special package of documentation. Wish us luck.
On getting the yellow stain out ;-), Professional Pet Products, inc Miami,
florida 33172 sells "Ferret Shampoo" and "Ferret Cream Rinse" that are
hypoallergenic and have no bleach. We use them. They have a coconut smell but
since our male is not descented, we don't mind. Actually, he rarely 'scents'
and only does so on the rare occasions when he gets moody. Hope this helps.

[Good luck!]
