For those of you who have followed Nicia's travails over the almost two
years that this list has been in existence...
 
I've just signed the papers to have her put to sleep.
 
Over the last couple of weeks she went into total renal (kidney) failure,
and she can't maintain her hydration level overnight (being on a IV
during the day).  Considering what she's been thru over the last two years,
it's not surprising that this has happened.
 
Poor Nicia.  She was special.
