Wow!  I am impressed at the response I have gotten.  Several folks have
asked about things in more detail than I was considering.  Several folks
have sent their tips that have worked for them.
 
I am rethinking quite a bit what I am going to write.  So please be a
little patient with me and feel free to keep sending your
suggestons/questions to [log in to unmask]
 
I will happily include the suggestions that I have not used personally
with credit to the sender.
