Hello
Yes, the apples, carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes are unnecessary and
inappropriate for ferrets.  These are not part of a 'natural diet'
for ferrets (or for cats).  Rice and potatoes may not be good as the
carbohydrate sources either.  Both have a high glycemic index, which
may increase the risk for insulinomas.
 
Even worse could be the garlic.  Garlic and onions can cause problems in
cats (anemia) and likely in ferrets too.
 
Lamb as a protein source may be low in taurine.
 
I would give this food a "thumbs down."
