My heart goes out to you for all of your fuzzies in need of adrenal surgery!
Just a thought for you: would it be possible that maybe a vet school in your
area/state would be willing to do the surgeries for you at little or no
cost, for training/education purposes?  Good luck to you and the ferrets!
