Hello all,

Just wanted to introduce myself to the list and ask a question.

I have to ferret a male (Romeo) and female (Phoebe). Both are shelter
ferrets and are great kids. Right now Romeo is sick with GI and the vet
said his heart is kind of large. We will know more next week. If he still
has runny stools the vet wants to do a sonogram heart. I am keeping my
fingers crossed. Anyone experienced this? He said the heart muscles may
be too thick.

Any way, both of my ferrets like to eat Rose petals. Is this bad for them?
They did not eat a lot of them maybe one or two. I know people can eat
them but not if ferrets can.
