Despite what we all hoped would not happen again, it is, and has
been happening. A man tried to adopt a ferret from the Utah Critter
Sanctuary and was told that they only take ferrets in but don't adopt
them out. He instead adopted a ferret from another verified qualified
shelter. At last word, the person on the phone-line end of the Utah
Critter Sanctuary has said that they have 175 ferrets (this is an
at_least) and that many were pregnant. Ogden animal shelter still
gives them to her, despite evidence.

Jen Morrison is the current business contact for her Utah Sec. of State
Business renewal for 2006, meaning she is the person running the show.
Phone numbers and address match for Layton Ferret & Reptile Rescue as
well as Utah Critter Sanctuary. It does not cost money to change the
name or the address on these forms, so that is not an excuse for not
changing them.

Go here and search for ferret.. then choose Layton and click details
to see her most recent renewal.

Ok that's all I know.
