1. NO ONE should EVER attempt to begin animal juggling with ferrets!
First a novice starts with skunks, then with enough practice the person
moves to the yellow belt stage and can juggle porcupines.  It is only
after graduation to the next level that that an individual can ever
consider juggling ferrets.
 
2. Instead of Jughead's crown you can consider getting your brother a
Barbie tiara as his "stupid hat".  Then the hat void will be filled.  If
he ever tries juggling ferrets again he needs a magic wand to go with it.
