Ok I have recieved several emails from ppl who had or have those balls!
One person lost 7 ferrets at once due to the hole being blocked by the
ferrets bodies as they slept.

IF you have one of those balls PLESE drill several holes in it so if it
gets tipped upside down with the hole facing the floor the ferret won't
smother due to its body blocking the hole. 

Thanks for all the responses. I now know this IS a ferret ball,now
where to find another one,hmmmm
