Just wanted to add something good to the FML for a change. Sometimes it
seems that so much we read is negative. We have a fairly new Pet Quarters
in Newington, NH and best as I have tried to get there when they first
opened, I just got there today. I was very pleased with the young people
that we spoke with about ferrets. They seemed to have a pretty good amount
of knowledge and what they didn't know of course we helped educated them!!!!
Isn't that the way it works!!!!!?????

There were four kits about 9 or so weeks. Good looking and very playful,
MF. Also, four that were about 6wks and sleeping. They too were healthy
looking. We were told they had turned down the first shipment from MF
because of them being to tiny. Good for them!!!!

I did notice that they were useing yesterdays news for litter. That was
the first I had seen it and decided I was completly against using it.
There were two albinos and I couldn't figure out why their little feet were
so dirty looking. When I found out they were useing yesterdays news we
discovered this black was the ink from the newspaper. I use corn cob
litter myself. I wonder if the ink is bad for our little ferrets???? So I
just thought I would add my two cents worth on pet stores.

Love and Fuzzie Kisses
