Also, look a little deeper - you can roughly tell how many vets do treat
ferts in CA - look at FA's website for the list.
 
You think the DFG has the resources to run in to every vet and start
confiscating?  No.  And what makes you think they could walk in and there
WOULD be a fert, right then and there?  High probability of not happening.
 
Second, you think the DFG would like to put themselves in ANOTHER position
for someone to try and sue?  I know there are attorneys out there on our
side just chomping at the bits waiting for that citation to be written.  As
long as the DFG doesn't write it............
