Hello all. Hope everyone's ferts are doing well. I just got back from
taking my babies to the vet for their rabies and distemperment shot, and
while talking to the vet she mentioned hearing about heartworms showing
up in ferrets. Said she was going to do some research on it and to call
her mid-March and she would have the details.

She also mentioned even though they have seen cases as I stated they have
not come up with a treatment for the ferrets.

Just wondering if anyone else's vet had mentioned this to them? And if so
do you have any info?

Many well wishes to all of us ferret slaves that will do anything including
giving extra treats for a snuggle or a kiss.
