I hope this isn't considered a commerical post, but I just can't help making
this comment. I have been honored to see a sneak preview of the Ferret
Calender 1999, and I have to say "Get yer oders in early." And yes, I meant
the pun. Don't make a stink about it, ok?

The calender has an international theme and the Scottish shot is
unbelievable!! I only wish it was a huge poster, 'cause its a keeper for
sure. I don't want to ruin the first look for anyone, just let me say its
probably the best ferret picture I've seen, even better than her kits in
the wagon shot or naval kits from this year. It is really funny and Jeanne
outdid herself. The rest of the calender ain't bad, either (the Spanish
shot is also fantastic, and I imagine I'll be seeing the Canadian shot for
years to come each time I visit the Great White North).

I have a few excellent Scottish friends (no, not American wannabes; they
*live* there ;-) ) who will be getting copies of the calender, thats for
sure. Great job, Jeanne!! Not just for your tireless and thankless work in
CaCa Land, but for such a great picture. Unfortunately, my calender will
always be open to December!
