Emily,

My ferret I had years ago had a very special stuffed unicorn that she tore
the eyes out of (I pulled them out when I got worried but didn't have the
heart to throw out the unicorn) that was so special she always slept with
it. I buried her with it in her coffin.

Both of my current ferrets have many stuffed animals that are THEIR stuffed
animals. They actually both have special ones they consider their own (and
they go back and forth stealing from each other and re-hiding their stuffed
animals in different spots in the house). I pick up smaller stuffed animals
out of those machines you win them from but Sweet Pea thinks my teddy bears
are hers too (and you should see her dragging off with a stuffed animal
that's 3X her size! They both always go for the nose and Little Roo always
tries to dig the eyes out. I just keep an eye on the toys and when they
start to look like something might get chewed off or swallowed, I toss it in
the trash.

(00) Little Roo - - Hey, that's my stuffed fish! Give it back.
=V= Sweet Pea -- Na, na, na, na, I hid it under my chair. Just try and
get it back!
Little Roo - - I'll get you back. I'll sleep in your Christmas
stocking! HA!

Suzanne - - Gotta love 'em!
