  These are the Days

Oh the way they steal your things,
keys and socks and pretty rings.
They can make you laugh and sing.
These are the days!.

Now we need the baby gate,
so to stop the great escape.
Oh too bad we are too late.
These are the days!

And you know what we were then.
Lost without a furry friend.
Mister we could use a number of them
without an end.

Now they fill us with content
but can't afford to pay the rent!!
We love being fert 'par - ents.
These are the days!!
