Denver area ferret seller on corner??

I doubt the person selling ferrets on the street corner of Denver belongs
to the FML.  That is pretty shady and I really worry about those ferrets.
Especially if they are only 4 weeks old, that is WAY to young to be away
from there mothers.  If it is the case alot of ferrets will die going to
homes to early and if they are just being sold to anyone who may not be
ferret educated.  I would be interested in who is doing this...
