I got Little Bit home about an hour ago. she's still pretty much out
of it. She took a little water and about two drops of duck soup off my
finger. I kept her on my chest to keep her warm, like the vet said. She
started pushing me away and acting like she was too warm so I put her in
her cage. She's trying to stand and walk. She has newspapers for litter
right now as her tummy is really sensitive.

The vet showed me the tumor he took out. He said it was huge! It was a
little bigger than a pea, but not quite as big a grape. Maybe peanut
sized? Anyway, he said it had broken open and adhered to the liver.
Fortunately he had very little trouble getting it loose. It was on the
right side and that was the first one he'd ever done on the right. Very
little bleeding. So, I guess she's gonna be ok. I had the option to
leave her there over night, but decided to bring her home, since she
would be alone all night there. I can keep an eye on her here.

Oh, and Little Bit got even with the vet for hurting her. She bit him!
LOL My poor, poor baby. I feel so bad for her.

Thanks to all for the support and prayers. It really helped me through
this.

Shelley
