Has your vet cultured the urine and had the lab do an antibiotic
sensitivity test? If not (I'm assuming she has a bladder infection that
was detected on a urinalysis), then this test should be done and she should
be kept on the appropriate antibiotic for at least 2 weeks (but possibly
3 -4 weeks straight) and another urinalysis should be done right after she
is done with the antibiotic to make sure it is all cleared up. She may
also need an xray and/or an ultrasound to check out her bladder and make
sure she doesn't have bladder stones or an anatomical defect that is
predisposing her to these problems.

Hope this helps.
