I just found out, from a "friend" (or used to be) that he found one of his
two ferrets dead this morning, in their cage.  More importantly, he had not
checked on this two ferrets since Saturday and this is Thursday.  Like to
see if they had water.  or food.  or were choking.  or too hot.  I'm mostly
livid that I can't have this person arrested like I could if this was a
human child.  and yes, I'm taking the last one out of the house tonight
and keeping her for now, with my five.
 
This is just a rant.  I was helpless to save one soul and it sucks
