Just brought my Chessie to the vet after she became lathargic and started
getting thin. Just heard from the vet today that it appears that her
x-rays show a larger than normal sized liver. The vet said it could be
cancerous or mabye some type of hepititis (sp?). Blood work results will
come back Friday 11/8/02. I will be picking her up this evening and
bringing her home until what is wrong with her is figured out. Any
suggestions? I have never had to take care of a sick ferret before.
(Lucky because I have five). Also if it is cancer any suggestions from
anyone who has experienced this? I can be e-mailed directly.

Thanks
Dave
